Evolve or be left behind

Against an improving commercial real estate landscape in the UK and other EU countries, liquidity in the market is steadily improving. While new issuance in the CMBS market remains sluggish, in stark contrast to the US which expects a 25% uptick in 2015*, the secondaries market is expected to improve as multiple loans will reach the end of their terms this year**, pricing is improving and exit strategies are being developed.
