Bank of England's 'Trends in lending' data

The Bank of England’s Trends in Lending quarterly data shows, as it has for the last few years, no net growth in SME lending. As the ECB floods the EU with QE, we can expect the Eurozone to benefit economically from improved liquidity. But while the markets were cheered by QE, it won’t necessarily help SMEs with their borrowing costs or access to credit.
